Here are some questions that I often receive and the answers that might help you to make a decision.
1What is online psychotherapy/coaching?
For our online sessions we work both video and audio on one of the available online meeting platforms. I usually work with Skype, Whatsapp, Zoom, Teams or WebEx – flexibility is key, so we will choose the means that are most suitable for you. A session lasts about 50-60 minutes.
2Does it work, even if it’s online?
All it takes for therapy or coaching to work is your presence and involvement. And a good internet connection. I like to focus on the advantages of working online: we stay safe, we can talk wherever you are, distance is no longer a problem and my schedule is more flexible. Also, we save traffic time.
3Can we schedule face-to-face sessions as well?
For the moment, no – for your safety and mine, it is best that we do not meet in person. When restrictions will loosen up and the risk level will be lower, I shall restart scheduling face-to-face sessions.
4What are the fees and how do I pay?

Psychotherapy – 200 RON

Coaching – 100 EUR

The payment is made usually in advance, in my business account, and you will receive an electronic invoice.

5What happens during the first session?
During our first session we will mostly talk about your issue or objective. I will try to understand as much as I can of your situation and I will ask a lot of questions. We set the ground for a solid partnership in which you can feel safe and confortable.
6How do I make an appointment?
We can schedule a first session over the phone or via email. I prefer hearing each other, to make it easier to find a suitable day and time for the both of us.
